You claim Powermoon® technology reduces shadows. How does it do this?
The patented light-permeable balloon is the key to the reduced shadows. Shadows are created by a point source of light shining on an object.If the point source becomes larger, light shines on the object from more angles, thus softening the edges of the harsh shadows. For smaller objects it can completely eliminate shadows.
With some lights reaching 16000W, are they really glare free?
Yes. Once again, the special light-permeable balloon is the key. Since the balloon is translucent rather than fully transparent, you no longer see a filament when looking directly at the light as you would with flood or spot lights. The human eye is also sensitive to large changes in contrast. Since the light is diffused & spread evenly over the balloon, the contrast differential is a fraction of a traditional floodlight. The eye easily copes with the intensity of light produced by Powermoon® balloons.
